At Drift X, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you received the correct item in good condition but aren’t completely happy, just email us at contact@drift-x.com and we’ll be glad to help. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.


If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the item.


Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a full refund for the returned item(s), excluding return shipping costs.

  • Use a trackable and insured service — we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Items must be sent back in their original packaging (opened or unopened).

  • Pack your return securely to avoid damage in transit.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed only after items are received and verified by our team.
