Where is my order?
You're in complete control. As soon as your order ships from our Bristol, UK warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking link. This allows you to follow your package's journey right to your door.
We ship all orders with the Royal Mail 48h service, so you can expect your delivery within 2-4 business days. And because our packaging is sleek and plastic-free, in most cases, it fits right through your mailbox. No waiting around required.
What if my package arrives damaged?
We're confident in our products, but if something isn't perfect, we'll make it right.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, simply take a quick photo of the issue and send it to us at contact@drift-x.com with your order number. Our support team will sort it out for you immediately.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
Our Bristol team works fast to get your order to you, so time is critical.
Please email us immediately at contact@drift-x.com with the subject line "URGENT - Wrong Address" and include your order number. We will do everything we can to intercept the order and correct the address before it leaves our warehouse.
